Q-The country where a MEIKIDO does not accept an order?

No. A MEIKIDO accepts an order from the world. By a country to order, the transportation is different.
It is America, Germany, France, China, Taiwan, Republic of Korea, other whole world OK.

Q-A sending method of a product? Which do I wait for till a product reaches my house?

By a sending method, an arrival period is different. A sending method is "surface mail" "airmail". About the transportation, please look at an informed page.
Surface mail is cheap. But a product passes for about 1 month, and is sent.
Airmail is high. But a product reaches it in around 14 days.
By mail of each country and circumstances of the customs, arrival time of a product changes.

Q-A shopping basket is not usable

The MEIKIDO shopping basket identified that worked with each version of IE and Navigator with Windows and Macintosh.
When a shopping basket is not usable, give information to a MEIKIDO. We investigate a cause so that a program operates justly.
The browser which you use validates "SSL" "Java script" "Cookie"? If 3 are not effective, a basket is not usable

Q-From my personal computer, a shopping basket is usable by no means. Is an order impossible?

Only from a shopping basket, accept an order fundamentally. When a shopping basket is not usable, accept an order with other methods. However, you must know "a product number / a title / a price" of the product which you want to buy. When a basket is not usable, accept an order by "mail" "E-mail". Please write all the necessary items in an order.

A. Your name B. An address (the name of a country) C. An email address D. Member ID / a password
If even one item is short, do not accept an order.

Q-There is not a product to want in a mail order list. It is a product to want by all means.

The product which a MEIKIDO can offer by a mail order is only a product on HP. Do not accept a search request either. The product which there is in HP is every product which can purchase by a mail order.

Q-Want to do additional order of a product.

Even if there is any kind of reason, we do not admit additional order.
To the order that you click "the purchase", and was decided, do not admit additional order.
Additional order does not accept addition to an order of the day before either. Additional order does not accept addition to an order of the same day either. Additional order does not accept any kind of case.
We do not do processing to gather up your more than one order.
An order is packed by every customer number of order and becomes sending. It is written on a mail order method page beforehand. Even a warning screen after having clicked a purchase button does will confirmation. Even if you order it again and again on a day, we judge it to be being discrete packing sending hope entirely.
The transportation is added to every number of order, too.

Q-I forgot ID and the password that I registered myself with.

If there are not ID and a password, login is not finished. A MEIKIDO gives ID and the password that you forgot. Ask it by a sealed letter or E-mail. However, for confirmation, the next item becomes necessary.
